We  would like to thank you for your continued investment in the Kingdom of  our God and Savior Yeshua Ha Mashiach through the FOMD Church.  Your  generous tithes, offerings and donations have enabled us to save the  lost; provide accurate teachings and Holy Spirit Led Sermons to people  throughout the world.  

In  order for the voice of the King to be heard, there can be no  regulations or censors allowed to silence that which He desires to speak  forth; confirming that which is already written in His Holy Word – The  Bible.  In Light of this fact, FOMD'S IRS allocation is not a 501c3  like  most churches but rather shall be a 501c4.  This in turn allows us to speak in  boldness, the Word of God and without the fear or threat from the  government in respect to the removal of the Church’s Non-Profit tax  exempt status.  In brief, we are able to speak on issues that affect the  Church at large today with regards to laws and public representatives. 

What this means to those who donate:

 Our  designation allows us to continue to speak the unedited, unashamed,  Word of God in the boldness that you have come to expect and graciously  receive from Pastor Hardy.  While we continue in our “religious  non-profit” exemption, all of your tithes, donations and your   contributions will continue to be vital in fulfilling the calling of  this Ministry: you are not able to claim your ‘contributions’ as tax deductible.  

While we know this may dissuade a few, we also know that the true  follower of Messiah will be unmoved in his cheerful giving unto God.

Your  donations are vital to the continuance of this Ministry. Unlike large Churches, we exist soley upon your gracious giving and  the Grace of our Savior.
