Pastor Jason Hardy
Pastor Jason Hardy is well known amongst his community, family, friends, founding church, and fellow Fellowship of Messianic Disciple’ congregation members, as a man of integrity, stature, wisdom and trustworthiness.
He is a man we all can count on for help, guidance and spiritual healing because he allows the Holy Spirit to fill him with knowledge and discernment needed to lead those God has entrusted him over. Determination and perseverance along with honor, love and humbleness are the foundations of his ministry here at FOMD Church. Suited up in the armor of God, ready to give his life for the cause, the Kingdom, and the lost, he has taken up his cross to follow our King and Savior.
Before he picked up the sword of the Spirit to engage in the battle of good and evil, he picked up the sword of a different kind in the teachings of the martial arts and the ways of the Japanese Samurai and Authentic Japanese Ninja. During this quest he spent much of his life trying to find truth and fulfillment in many other beliefs and powers of different kinds only to find the one truth that is in God our Father, His Son Yeshua and the powers that be in the Holy Spirit.
Previously Seeking these in worldly religions such as Buddhism and Ancient Shamanism and through out his travels to Japan, it wasn’t until he came to know Messiah and the power of the Cross did he come to know the answers he was looking for. This knowledge that God allowed him to gain over the course of his life time has given him the ability to understand the depths, lies and darkness of the worldly powers that have taken over the minds and lives of so many in this day and age.
He is an Apologetics Minister who teaches on both Christian and Non-Christian Cults and error and false tradition in the Church.
Pastor Hardy has a wonderful ability to see the truth and has a no-nonsense approach to speaking the word in his sermons and teachings. Pastor Hardy is a kind, compassionate, and encouraging teacher. He is able to take advanced and difficult subjects and break them down into an easy to understand format. He understands the true calling of a warrior and is willing and able to head that calling to serve Yeshua and advance His Kingdom.
Married to his high school sweet-heart of 34years, they have 3 Children, 2 God Children, 4 dogs, a herd of ranch cats, Chickens, Donkeys, Goats and Cows.
First Lady Melissa Hardy
First Lady Melissa is a certified High School Teacher specializing in Special Education and a former licensed Social Worker. She developed a program for special needs autistic, down syndrome and other special needs young adults to teach them the skills they need to gain employment. FL Melissa is the head of FOMD Women's Ministry. She is an avid animal lover and the CEO of Kingdom Rescue, a non-profit 501c3 animal rescue organization based in Texas that operates nationwide.
